How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are HidrateSpark bottles dishwasher safe?
The smart sensor puck must be removed before cleaning. Most of our bottle bodies and lids are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend checking the specific care instructions included with your model.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all HidrateSpark bottles come with a 100-day limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
